We're used to marveling at Giancarlo Stanton homers because of how far they fly. Last night, however, it was one of the shortest dingers you'll ever see him hit that brought the latest demonstration of his ridiculous strength.
I'm pretty sure this home run broke at least two or three physical laws. Nobody should be able to turn a hanging, looping breaking ball into an extreme opposite-field homer that gets out so fast that it leaves a vapor trail in its wake.
