I’m a newly minted old person in a high-density city, so I don’t get in cars much anymore. But one of the quaint pleasantries of cruising around town was holding your hand out the window and letting the air guide it up and down like a chill, cool wave.
Well, the new teens have found a way to take that sensation and one-up it into a challenge that has me holding my breath:
Yeah, that’s a dang phone, among other random objects, getting calmly held out the window between nothing but some uncurled fingers and the whipping wind. If you watch the whole thing, you’ll see it, uh, doesn’t always work out, but damned if it isn’t an impressive challenge.
Be safe, kids! Make sure no cars are behind you when you’re doing this! Don’t speed, either! And call your parents if you’re going to stay out late!
