Ronda Rousey Whoops Three Opponents, Uses Her Armbar In WWE House Show Debut

Ronda Rousey Debuts on WWE House Show

Ronda Rousey wrestled her second-ever professional match, and it wasn’t even on television.

Rousey’s first match since her debut at WrestleMania was at a house show in Geneva, Switzerland Wednesday. She teamed with Ember Moon and Natalya, and they beat Mickie James, Liv Morgan, and Ruby Riott when Rousey put her armbar submission on James.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Rousey was originally scheduled to face James in a singles match before it was changed to a six-woman tag. The match was built around Moon and Nattie attempting to get to Rousey for a hot tag. When the former MMA fighter entered about eight minutes into the match, she took down all three of her opponents before locking on her submission for the win.

Rousey will face Nia Jax for the Raw women’s title next month at WWE’s Money in the Bank PPV. That match was set up at the NBC upfronts earlier this week. It’s no confrontation on Piper’s Pit, but at least Rousey now has a post-WrestleMania direction.
