I got to see the cup up close at one of those “meet and greet” type things. I too was bummed when I realized they pulled the older rings. I really wanted to see the engraving from some of the earliest winners.

Out of curiosity, I went to youtube and searched for “Mark of the Year” highlights and saw many incredible catches made by flying into the air via your opponent or teammate.
