Yeah. A lot of the moderation is automatic—i.e., the featured threads—but THE MACHINES won't have the run of the place just yet. We can bury a thread, if need be, or ship off comments to other hashtags, the way we do now. Some of the moderation will go on behind the scenes. No more public neck-snappings, for instance. Actually, I think it'll be the other way 'round. Powwow rewards comments that spawn a lot of substantive replies. All the algorithm will see is a particularly active discussion. Read more
