Tip: If I were (for some inconceivable reason) to run voluntarily, I would start off with Short Change Hero by The Heavy. You get 65-70 seconds of warming up (and starting to feel like a wild west cowboy). Then it'll start to ramp up. By the time it hits the first chorus you will feel like a super hero. Read more
