You are not crazy. Saul season 1 is better than Breaking Bad season 1, because Vince and the gang have a better command of what they’re doing at this point. But there’s still a lot of room to grow, particularly if it wants to start taking the same kind of leaps that BB did in seasons 2 and 3.
