There are skeptics of this method (can doesn’t get hot enough to evaporate beer into chicken, paint on cans are possibly not healthy to cook with, etc) but they are wrong, and this is the best chicken you’ll ever have. And, it doesn’t matter whether you use good beer or bad beer, very little beer…
