Chris Culliver Charged With Hit And Run And Possession Of Brass Knuckles

49ers cornerback Chris Culliver has been charged with felony hit and run after a collision with a bicyclist in San Jose Friday morning. Culliver has also been charged with felony reckless driving, felony possession of brass knuckles, and two misdemeanors, including driving on a suspended license.

Culliver struck a bicyclist around 10:21 a.m. PT and then fled the scene, according to the San Jose Police Department. Culliver's vehicle, a white Ford Mustang, was then blocked by a witness, before Culliver's car struck the witness' vehicle, per the police report. However, the witness' vehicle was able to block Culliver on a nearby street and waited for police to arrive.

The bicyclist suffered only minor injuries and was released from the site of the collision. Culliver was booked in Santa Clara County Jail.
