Donald Trump Just Did A Stunt Presser With Juanita Broaddrick, Other Clinton Accusers

Under the guise of showing off the last minutes of his debate prep Donald Trump just held a bizarre, three-minute press conference in which four women who have prominently accused the Clintons of wrongdoing related to sexual violence flanked him, two on either side. Each woman was then allowed one sentence before Trump ushered them out of the room.

Before Trump could really get started, though, a reporter jumped in and asked, “Mr. Trump, does your star power allow you to touch women without their consent?”

Trump breezily ignored the question and instead chose to thank the adoring press for coming, before saying:

These four very courageous women have asked to be here, and it was our honor to help them. And I think they’re each going to make just an individual short statement, and then we’re going to have a little meeting. And we’ll see you at the debate.

The four women present were Paula Jones (who sued Bill Clinton for sexual harassment in 1994), Juanita Broaddrick (who has accused Bill Clinton of rape), Kathy Shelton (whose alleged rapist Hillary Clinton represented as a court-appointed lawyer in 1975), and Kathleen Willey (who accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault in 1998).

The whole affair was a shameless, despicable indicator of what we’re likely about to see a whole lot more of in tonight’s debate: Donald Trump parading around alleged sexual-abuse victims as his own personal shield.

In the beginning of the video, you can see former Breitbart head Steve Bannon slink into the room just as the fun starts.

I wonder whose idea this was.
