Sabres-Leafs Game Featured Line Brawl And Goalie Fight

Preseason hockey might not count for anything, but the Sabres and Leafs didn't care, getting into a line brawl in the third period of tonight's game.

It started with Jamie Devane and Corey Tropp getting into it. Tropp's helmet fell off during the fight, and he ended up falling and hitting his head on the ice. After the next whistle, Buffalo's John Scott tried to fight Phil Kessel, but instead, everyone started fighting everyone. Even goalies Ryan Miller and Jonathan Bernier had their own scrum—Bernier won that one. Toronto's David Clarkson also left the bench to intervene, and that'll probably net him a 10-game suspension. All in all, over 100 penalty minutes were issued.

Oh yeah, the Maple Leafs won, 5-3.
