This has to be a joke listing because everything about it is so absurd, even the accompanying pictures. Even so, the dedication to not giving a shit is fun. Forget for a moment that the signature doesn't resemble anything close to "Babe" or "Ruth." In one of the pictures, you can see the official ball from the American League imprinted with an MLB copyright dated 1998. Babe Ruth died 50 years earlier so, you know, buyer—or barterer: best offer accepted!—beware.
If you remain unconvinced, consider the $100 asking price. A signed Babe Ruth ball can run in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Unless you are John Lackey, in which case it's worth your uniform number.
Thinking about this transitively, $100 for a jersey number sounds fair, so $100 for a signed Babe Ruth ball must also be fair, right? Maybe this guy is on to something.
