Singer For Falcons-Lions Game Kneels At End Of National Anthem

National anthem kneeler

At the end of the national anthem before today’s Falcons-Lions game in Detroit, singer Rico LaVelle dropped to one knee and put up a fist.

LaVelle joined Grady Jarrett and Dontari Poe (on the Falcons) as well as eight Lions players in kneeling during the anthem as a protest against police brutality.
