Tomorrow, with the help of our pal Rob Trucks, we're launching a series in which we talk to retired athletes about the moment they knew their playing days were over. We'll start with a batch of conversations with former March Madness heroes, from the '57 North Carolina Tar Heels to the '98 Kentucky Wildcats.
To celebrate we've commissioned our own theme music and video from the multi-talented multi-tasker Steve Wynn, former frontman of the Dream Syndicate, father of the Paisley Underground, approximately 25 percent of the Baseball Project, and the man whose name lives at the top of the marquee when Steve Wynn & the Miracle 3 come to town. Consider this our entrance music.
